1. Our make-it-right promise

FundyBee is pay-per-proposal (for example, €149 for a KA220 proposal, €79 for KA210, with an optional €99 research add-on). We want every purchase to be worth it. If a proposal credit did not work as expected, we will make it right, typically by re-crediting your account or issuing a refund.

2. The 14-day window

Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase so we can investigate while the details are fresh. This window is aligned with the answer on our support page.

Note: the 14-day figure is a placeholder to be confirmed by Innovation Bee. Set the final period and keep it consistent with the support FAQ before publishing.

3. When we refund or re-credit

We will make it right where, for example:

  • a technical fault on our side prevented the proposal from being generated or saved.
  • you were charged twice, or charged in error.
  • a credit was consumed without delivering a usable draft.

Depending on the situation, the remedy is a re-credit (so you can try again) or a refund to your original payment method.

4. What is not covered

Because FundyBee is an assistive co-pilot and you are the author of record, a refund is generally not available simply because:

  • an application was not selected for funding (funding decisions rest solely with the National Agency, see our Terms).
  • you changed your mind after a credit was fully used to generate a draft you received.
  • the output needed editing. Review and refinement are part of the intended workflow.

We always look at each request on its merits and aim to be fair.

5. How to request

Use the form on our support page or email support@fundybee.eu. Tell us your account email and the proposal title so we can find it quickly. We aim to respond within one business day, and to process approved refunds within a reasonable time to your original payment method.

6. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under EU or Greece law. Where the EU right of withdrawal for digital services applies, note that by starting to generate a proposal you may be asking us to begin supplying the digital service immediately, which can affect that right. We will honour your statutory rights in any case.
