Terms of Service
Contents
1. Who we are
FundyBee (“the Service”) is operated by Innovation Bee, a company established in Greece ([REGISTERED ADDRESS: street, postcode, city, Greece], company no. [COMPANY / GEMI REGISTRATION NUMBER], VAT [VAT / ΑΦΜ NUMBER]). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Innovation Bee. “You” means the individual or organisation using the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. What FundyBee is (and is not)
FundyBee is an assistive co-pilot for preparing Erasmus+ KA2 (KA210 and KA220) applications. It helps you structure a proposal, draft narrative sections, organise partner information, build an indicative budget, and self-assess your draft against a model of the official Erasmus+ award criteria before you submit.
FundyBee is not a ghost-writing service and is not a substitute for your own work, judgement and expertise. Consistent with the Erasmus+ Programme Guide, the substance of your application, including your objectives, your partnership, your activities and your commitments, must be genuinely yours. AI-generated text is a starting point for you to review, correct and own.
FundyBee does not submit applications for you, does not hold or operate your EU Login / Funding & Tenders Portal account, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the European Commission, any Erasmus+ National Agency, or any other public body.
3. You are the author of record
You are the author of recordof every application you prepare with the Service. You are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy, eligibility and compliance with the current Programme Guide and call conditions, and for the final decision to submit. You must not present the Service’s output as independent third-party authorship, and you must comply with all declarations you make to the National Agency, including any declarations about the use of AI tools.
4. Accounts and teams
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace (account) can have multiple members. The member who creates or administers a workspace is responsible for who they invite and for the data they bring in.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including submitting applications you know to be ineligible or misleading.
- upload content you have no right to use, or personal data you have no lawful basis to share (see our Privacy Policy for how partner data must be handled).
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
- resell, white-label or provide the Service to third parties except your own workspace members, unless we agree in writing.
- use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.
6. Pricing and billing
FundyBee is pay-per-proposal. There is no subscription. You pay only when you start a new proposal. Indicative prices (excluding any applicable VAT, and subject to change as described below):
| Item | Price | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| KA220 proposal | €149 | One full KA220 proposal: drafting, budget, partners and the QA gate. |
| KA210 proposal | €149 | One full KA210 (small-scale) proposal. |
| Research add-on | €99 | Optional add-on for additional research support on a proposal. |
Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices from time to time. The price you see and accept at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that purchase. Taxes are added where required by law. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. No funding guarantee
Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant Erasmus+ National Agency or the European Commission against the official award criteria. The Service’s readiness or “fundability” score is an indicative self-assessment aid only. We do not guarantee that any application will be eligible, scored a particular way, shortlisted, or funded, and a high score does not imply any such outcome.
8. Intellectual property
As between you and us, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights, title and interest in the output generated for your proposals (the narrative, budget and other proposal content), so that you may use it freely for your application and project. You are responsible for ensuring that any inputs you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
We retain all rights in the Service itself, including the software, models, prompts, rubric logic, design system and brand. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these terms are in effect. AI-generated text is not guaranteed to be unique and similar output may be generated for others, so you should review output for originality.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You must verify it against the current official sources before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the proposal giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost funding, lost profit, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), or your mandatory rights as a consumer where they apply.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability, governing law) continue to apply. Handling of your data on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
