How does billing work?

FundyBee is pay-as-you-go: €149 per proposal. One credit unlocks a full KA2 proposal - drafting, budget, partners and the QA gate. There is no subscription. You only pay when you start a new proposal.

How does the QA gate score work?

The QA gate mirrors the official Erasmus+ award criteria. Each criterion is scored and rolled up into an overall readiness score out of 100, with concrete suggestions for the weakest sections. It is guidance to help you self-assess before submission - it does not submit on your behalf or guarantee funding.

How do I invite teammates?

Open Team in the sidebar and send an invitation by email. Once they accept, they share your workspace and can collaborate on the same proposals. You can switch between workspaces from the selector at the top of the sidebar.

Where is my data stored, and is it GDPR-compliant?

Your proposals and partner data are stored in the EU and isolated per account with row-level security - other accounts cannot see your data. Partner contact details are managed at the organisation level. If you need a data export or deletion, email us and we will action it.

Can I get a refund?

If a credit did not work as expected, contact us using the form below within 14 days and we will make it right - typically a re-credit or a refund. Tell us your account email and the proposal title so we can find it quickly.
